Construction of Biolife Proprevit Eco-Dairy Complex Launched in Akmola Region

A capsule-laying ceremony was held in the private industrial zone "Koyandy" in Akmola Region to mark the launch of the first anchor project — the construction of the Biolife Proprevit eco-wellness dairy and therapeutic-nutritional products and non-alcoholic beverages complex.
The new complex will occupy a 12.6-hectare land plot. It will produce dairy and fermented milk drinks, juices, fruit purees, soups, and baby food enriched with prebiotics, pectins, and vitamins. Approximately 100 jobs will be created as part of the project.
The project is initiated and financed by international investment company EXIM FINANCE (UAE), which operates in 38 countries worldwide. The total investment amounts to $62.5 million. The project is included in the Unified Map of Industrialization of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the event, the project’s importance for the development of the processing industry and public health was emphasized. Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" Madiyar Sultanbek noted:
“The project is aimed at improving the health of Kazakhstani citizens and aligns with national priorities for developing the processing industry. We welcome the participation of EXIM FINANCE in the development of the 'Koyandy' private industrial zone and are ready to provide comprehensive support,” he said.
As part of the event, a Roadmap for the implementation of the project for 2025–2040 was signed between EXIM FINANCE and JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST", along with memorandums of cooperation with the Akimat of Tselinograd district of Akmola Region and Saken Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University.
The plant’s products are expected to be sold both in the domestic market and exported to EAEU countries, Europe, the Middle East, China, Turkey, and Africa.
